Partner of the firm since 1979, Philippe is well-versed in French and international tax issues. He advises family funds, investors, real estate groups and financial institutions on cross-functional issues relating to the structuring of their activities and assets, as well as on investment and growth operations in France and abroad.
Philippe also spends part of his time in Luxembourg, where he heads up the firm’s “Luxembourg desk”.

Degroux Brugère is pleased to share Jérémie Swiecznik’s distinction by his peers in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in France™ for the relevance of his work in Venture Capital.
Jérémie joined the firm as a partner in 2019 and works mainly with issuers and investment funds on venture capital and expansion capital transactions.
He also assists companies of all sizes, both listed and unlisted, with all their equity transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions and restructurings, both in France and internationally.
