Degroux Brugère advised a family of long-standing minority shareholders in the Atlantic industrial group—a major European player in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions—on the sale of a majority stake to the Japanese group Paloma Rheem, which also specializes in this sector on a global scale.

Conducted under the close supervision of French authorities, this transaction has created a “global leader” in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions, in an industry characterized by increased international competition and a trend toward consolidation.
