Degroux Brugère assisted QCP Quantum Capital Partners GmbH, an investment fund manager based in Munich (Germany), in the acquisition of the smoke detector business (“Hager Safety”) developed by the Hager group in France and Germany.

This operation marks a strategic step for QCP, strengthening its portfolio in the home security technology sector. The acquired business will now operate under the name Sieben-S GmbH, for Germany, and Sept-S SAS for France.

Specializing in safety devices for the European residential market, Sieben-S GmbH and Sept-S SAS offer a complete range of high-performance smoke detectors for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), service providers and distributors.
