Degroux Brugère advised Elevation Capital Partners, the private equity management company of the Inter Invest group, on the €4 million fundraising round for Ocellus, a company specializing in the production of stylized art for major international studios such as Supercell, Disney, and Epic Games.

Founded in 2016, Ocellus intends to use this transaction to consolidate its organization around two pillars: Ocellus Services and Ocellus Games.

This funding aims to structure a hybrid model combining artistic production and internal video game development, and will also enable the Lyon-based company to accelerate the creation and publishing of its own intellectual property (IP).

Elevation Capital Partners has managed more than €900 million in assets since its creation in 2025, deploying strategies in private equity, funds of funds, and real estate. This investment is fully in line with its approach of supporting growth companies in the creative industries.

This fundraising marks a new milestone for Exwayz, which continues its rapid growth and strengthens its ability to deploy its 3D automation solutions in rapidly expanding markets.

Edflex, a major player in digital training for businesses, raises €15 million from Bpifrance through its fund Digital Venture and its long-standing investors Educapital, Ternel, and Wille Finance.
